I am trying to get court records of my uncle’s trial and cannot find them. Can anyone recommend a free criminal background search or court records search?
When you enter your appearance for the record of the Court do you effectively enter a contact with the Court? Are you already in a contractual relationship with the County court prior to you entering an apperance? Is the court created by way of the Constituional agreement by the delegates who adopted it? Whn you recieve a birth certificate do you effectively enter the contractul relationship of the current state constitution which within has terms called Articles?
New Jersey Constitution Article I. par. 13 prohibits imprisonment for debt in any action on judgment found upon contract. The contract must involve a debt, thus the plain meaning and strict constructiveness of the prohibition reads no one shall be imprisoned on a judgment found upon a “debt contractual instrument” in any criminal action unless in cases of fraud. Thus when the Court sentences you to imprisonment the judgment if found upon a “debt contractual instrument” is unconstitutional.
Obama nominates US District Judge Robert Chatigny to the 2nd Court of Appeals, one step below the US Supreme Court. Chatigny was appointed to US District Court by Bill Clinton.
His record as a judge includes fighting for a criminal sentenced to death, Michael Ross, by another judge and jury as a serial killer. Murdered 8 women ages 14 to 25. The condemned man, Micheal Ross pleaded guilty, stated no more appeals, execute me. Chatigny, against the wishes of Ross legally opposed the execution.
Chatigny was the leading opponent of Megan’s Law in Connecticut, a law requiring stiff penalties for pedophiles the abuse children.
Chatigny heard 12 cases of child pornography in his court where the jury found the criminals guilty.
Chatigny sentenced 8 to less than the minimum sentence under the law of Connecticut and sentenced 4 to the minimum.
Why Obama wants to promote Chatigny to a higher level of judicial power.
Bush unilaterally pulled out of the International Courts, proclaiming them to have no jurisdiction in the US, right when they had started investigating him for 31 charges of war crimes.

Just for the record, the Constitution explicitly states that all international law and any treaties that are signed by the President and approved by a 2/3 majority of the House and the Senate is to be considered the highest law of the land, equal in power to the Constitution. The US were intrumental in founding the International Courts, and have brought charges against many countries in International Court.
The International Court is there to protect everyone from rogue nations that act in ways that anyone with a conscience would day is wrong. That is why Bush was found GUILTY on 33 charges of War Crimes and Crimes against humanity.

Also, Bush was served twice, as detailed on the site I put up earlier. First time through the Embassy, second time in person at the White House.
It’s not little countries that make international law. It’s everyone together, and if you ever bothered to find out what the International Courts are about, you will see that the laws are self-explanatory stuff that anyone with a conscience would agree with…like not going into an innocent country and killing off the civilians. If you bothered to read the post, you would see that all of the charges make sense. Do you think that Hitler should not have been tried for war crimes? do you think that the leaders of all countries should be able to do whatever they feel like without consequences?
Don’t forget that our own Supreme Court (the majority of which is Republican) has ruled that several of Bush’s actions are uncostitutional and are war crimes by US law. I love the US, therefore, I don’t want to see an unelected “president” turn it into the rogue nation that it has become…unilaterally attacking soveriegn nations that were no threat to us, while repeatedly allowing the one person that did attack us to go free, use of illegal WMD on civilian populations, etc. And yes, DU has been illegal under US law since 1996.
i was charged last year with 2 domestic assault and uttering threats.
most of it wasnt fact but anyways crown charged me and now its going to the trial.
i know that victim isnt coming to court to testify. i heard its good for me but i am still worried. plz share information i have so much riding on it and i dont want criminal record. there arent any witnesses besides her. thanx
