14 years ago while serving in the military I was charged with something involving drugs. There was not sufficient evidence for a conviction or go to court. I am applying for a job were I will be finger printed. I was finger printed back then and I’m concerned this will show up. Otherwise I have a spotless record. In fact I was honorably discharged from the military. Will this charge show up now?
If it goes on the record after proven guilty in court, how long after? This is in regards to a job applications background check.
….can it still be found? A friend of mine got into some trouble and since it’s his first offense they said that by going to some class and participating in community service it will be esponged from his record. But I myself believe that nothing is ever truly erased or else people criminal records from when they were children wouldn’t be so easy to get a hold of…

looking for person with criminal record
would expedite it to the state but its showing up for jobs that Im looking for how long does it normally take to get removed of my record if they said they were going to expedite it?
It was adult court in california for a drug charge. I completed drug court. So the charge should of been dropped.
A few days ago I was pulled over, searched by the police, and they discovered one capsule in my pocket containing MDMA (ecstasy). They then took me to the nearest county jail, where I remained for the night. I have posted bail and am currently awaiting trial. My question is..whats going to happen to me!!! What can I beg for? I have no previous criminal records. Can I beg for a lesser charge? Will it look better to the judge if I enroll in cousiniling and rehab? Would it be worth it for the money to get a good atourney? Should I just use a public defender? Is it mandatory that I will have to do jail time? I am really afraid of going to jail, I’m a scrawny white male bearing no tattos, or gang affiliation. Is there anything I can do to avaid doing time? I’d do ANYTHING!
