I have recently been sued by a tenant who had placed false akllegations in order to obtain a large sum of money. I am suspecting that he may be a con artist due to the fact that he had lied on many ooccasions and also about his address of residence. Before he entered intot he lease, he said that he had trouble with the government over the courts in his home country (which I suspect may be due to criminal means). He had travelled to 5 different countries and does not seem to have a history of having a stable place of residence. Is there any way I may obtain information regarding history of fraud with the government by accessing public records for that country?
I am looking for a free way to search people who have criminal records in the state of PA. I know there is one out there, I just lost the web site.
I’m having a hard time expunging my criminal record?
A few years ago, i overdosed and the paramedics turned my drugs over to the cops. This is where it gets really complicated. I was ordered to go to drug school and once completed, I could clear my record. Well, I completed drug school. The states attorney signed his name veifying that I did, but the judge didn’t. Him not signing screwed a lot of things up. According to my records, I was given another court date because I was going to be charged with a felony, but somewhere they realized that I completed drug school and the court date was canceled. I was never even made aware of this new court date, The only reason I found out was because the people at the expungement office found it when they pulled up my records. I don’t think I was charged with a drug possession felony, but the arrest for it is still on my record. It’s so complicated. Every time I try to get it off, the judge denies it, because I don’t have a propper rap sheet. The people at the expungement office say I don’t have a rap sheet to supply to the judge. Nobody is helping me. The expungement office is useless. I can’t even go to school for certain courses because of my record. Is there any possible way that a lawyer could help me, or would it be a waste of time
