I was arrested as a minor in Wisconsin for a misdemeanor, now I am applying for nursing and school and need a copy of the official record of the arrest. I paid the fine and never appeared in court, and even though I was a minor the state nursing board requires you to report all convictions, even if they were expunged from your record as they still appear on a background search. I just do not know if I go to the police department I was arrested at, or the County where I was arrested?
I now live in California is this something that can be gained through a distance, I certainly can not afford to go back home right now.
According to the State Board of Nursing who uses LIVE SCAN those arrests, even misdemeanors, that occurred as a minor will still be accessible and need to be reported with documentation.
I received a county ordinance for being parked in a park after hours. My finger prints were taken and I have to appear in court. Is this a crime? Is it considered an arrest? Will it go on my permanent record?

Someone I used to work with was arrested (thankfully) for child porn last year. How would I go about finding out if he was convicted or his trial date? I’ve googled, etc. and can’t find anything other than the initial arrest information.
Do I need to go to the county records to find out? I don’t want to use a pay site for background checks. I would also like to know if having child porn on a computer is a federal, state, or local jurisdiction.
